Some businesses run on a spreadsheet: a list of leads, a follow-up column, a column for who is dealing with it. This puts every enquiry from your website into one, newest first, with when it came in, the name, email, phone, subject, message and status. Spam is left out.
It works with a private link. The spreadsheet reads the link and refreshes from it, so new enquiries turn up without you doing anything. Anybody who has the link can read your enquiries, so treat it like a key: put it in your own spreadsheet and nowhere else.
Step by step
Open Enquiries in your dashboard and press "Keep a spreadsheet up to date".
It is also on the Connections page, as "A spreadsheet".
Copy the formula it gives you.
Google Sheets: make a new sheet and paste it into cell A1.
Excel: use Data, then From Web, and give it the link.
Leave it. New enquiries appear as the spreadsheet refreshes.
If it does not go to plan
I think the link has got out.
Press "Turn the link off". Any spreadsheet using it stops updating straight away, and you can make a new link.
A new enquiry is not in the sheet yet.
Spreadsheets fetch on their own timetable, often every hour or so. Your dashboard always has it first.
Can I write in the sheet?
Add your own columns to the right of the enquiries and write in those. The enquiry columns are refilled each time, so anything typed over them is replaced.
