Signal started in 2016 with a 5kg roaster in a Dunedin garage and has grown into a proper roastery on Vogel Street, still run by the same two founders.
We buy direct where we can, roast in small batches twice a week, and cup every batch before it goes out the door.
Bags are roasted to order and sent out within a few days, or grab a fresh bag at the counter.
