Ways to help

We rely on donated food, funding and volunteer time. Drop off a donation, sign up to volunteer, or set up a regular gift.

About us

Twenty years in the community

Harbourside started in 2003 as a church food cupboard and has grown into an independent trust serving the wider Nelson area. We are funded by local donors, grants and a small but steady band of volunteers.

Nobody who comes to us for help is asked to prove they deserve it. We would rather feed someone who did not strictly need it than turn away someone who did.
